Today was my cross-training day. I haven't done anything,I feal very weak and dizzy all day. Low blood pressure and bad night sleep.

 This is my first training.It went smooth,no pains of any kind. I was pushing the last mile. I did the 1st mile at 5.8 pace and the rest at 6.1/no stopping/5 min walking/light streching. I was tired and I should be doing this earlyer in the day,around 8 instead of 9:30 pm, I want all my sleep. All in all a great day.
